Who are you?
We are a small family business owned and operated in Perth, Western Australia.

Where do you get your products from?
We buy products locally, from interstate and overseas. We use wholesalers and buy in bulk to keep our range affordable.

We have a strong belief in supporting and promoting Australian businesses, especially WA businesses. Therefore, you will find that where possible we will source and utilise local stockists, such as Fremantle Chocolate, Matso's beers, Matilda Bay Brewing Company, OCD Jerky and so on.

How long will my order take to arrive?
We process all orders within a maximum of 48 hours of your payment being cleared, and we use the most economical and efficient delivery methods available. You should allow another 48 hours for delivery within metro Western Australia, and a little longer for regional areas. Please contact us for expected delivery dates for interstate and international orders.

Can I get a refund if I am unhappy with my purchase?
All of our hampers and gifts are of a high quality and each item has been individually scrutinised however if you are unhappy due to a fault with the product(s) purchased then absolutely. We are willing to look at an exchange or refund depending on the situation if you are unhappy for any other reason.

What do the hampers and gifts look like? How do they arrive? Hampers and gifts are presented in either cellophane or a box. Many of the products also feature a charm, and all come with a small gift card which we are happy to complete for you if you provide the text you require when ordering. This card can be upgraded to a handmade or larger card at an additional cost which can also be completed on your behalf. All purchases for delivery are securely packaged, wrapped with bubble wrap and marked as fragile.
