How do I return an item?

Every item in every hamper has been scrutinised. If for some reason you receive a damaged item, please notify us immediately and we will give you full information of how and where to return the damaged item, this will involve posting the item back to us with the details of the purchase and we will pay this postage and either refund or replace the item with free postage and handling.

If your item appears to be damaged externally through postage and handling, please contact us to discuss this further and we'll do our best to find a solution to rectify the issue.
